Shipping your package

The delivery times are as follows:

- Chronopost: next day delivery before 1 p.m. - If orders are placed before 4:30 p.m., they are dispatched the same day and Chronopost delivery takes place the next day between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. - If orders are placed after 4:30 p.m., Chronopost delivery takes place the next day. - Saturday deliveries for orders placed on Friday before 4.30 p.m. are increased. In case of refusal of the increase, these orders are delivered the next working day.

-TNT: next day delivery before 1 p.m. - If orders are placed before 4:30 p.m., they are dispatched the same day and TNT delivery takes place the next day between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. - If orders are placed after 4:30 p.m. TNT delivery takes place the next day. - Saturday deliveries for orders placed on Friday before 4.30 p.m. are increased. In case of refusal of the increase, these orders are delivered the next working day.

- Colissimo (France): Orders placed before 11am are dispatched the same day (delivery between 2 and 3 working days).

- Tracked or registered letter (France): 2 to 7 working days.

- Tracked or registered letter (Europe): 4 to 15 working days.

No complaint will be accepted if the deadlines below are respected by the delivery service (s).

In the context of an automatic return for lack of address (incorrect address, code not provided, inaccessibility to the mailbox, absence of name on the mailbox), the buyer will have to pay new shipping costs that these are initially free or partially paying.

In the event of a delay in delivery compared to the date initially fixed, the buyer must report it by email to the company DEADPHONES SAS- www.deadphones.fr, in order to improve the quality of service which may be offered to him and to allow the seller to make an inquiry with the POST.

A POSTAL inquiry can last up to 21 working days. If during this period, the product is found, it will be immediately re-routed to the home of the buyer or the recipient designated in the order form.

On the other hand, if the product ordered is not found at the end of this period of 21 days of investigation, DEADPHONES SAS- www.deadphones.fr will proceed at its expense to a new shipment of the products ordered by the buyer.

However, if the buyer is pressed for time, he can then recommend his order again at his expense. If subsequently, the first shipment is finally dispatched, he must refuse it so that it is returned to DEADPHONES. And if thereafter, at the end of the period of 21 days of investigation, if neither the buyer, nor DEADPHONES, has received the first shipment, then a refund will be made on the amount of the initial order.
